01CoreIngestion, parsing, dedup, identity resolution. Raw sources in, one normalised record out.
02EngineExtraction and state. Facts with provenance, recomputed incrementally when new evidence lands.
03ProjectThin consumers on top. Domain logic, evals, and a feedback loop that routes each error to the layer that caused it.
